Your registered agent address is on file with the state. Government agencies, courts, and anyone who looks up your business can send mail there. But you’re not at that address — so how do you know when something arrives? We scan every piece of mail and put it in your dashboard within 24 hours. You get an email notification with a preview. If you need the physical document, we ship it to you.

How mail is processed

Mail received

Mail arrives at your registered agent address.

Logged

Each piece is logged with date, sender, and type.

Scanned

Envelope exterior and contents are scanned.

Uploaded

Digital copy appears in your Pluvel mailroom.

  • View all received mail
  • Filter by date, sender, or type
  • Search mail contents
  • Download PDFs
  • Request physical forwarding

Need the original documents? Request forwarding:
  1. Open the mail item
  2. Click Request Forwarding
  3. Confirm your shipping address
  4. Select shipping speed

The exact address is shown in Settings → Company → Registered Agent. Use this address for:
  • State filings
  • IRS correspondence (if desired)
  • Legal notices
Do not use for:

Configure your preferences in Settings → Mailroom:

Retention

Mail is retained digitally for 7 years. Physical mail is held for 30 days before shredding (unless you request forwarding or extended hold).
