But you’re not at that address — so how do you know when something arrives? We scan every piece of mail and put it in your dashboard within 24 hours. You get an email notification with a preview. If you need the physical document, we ship it to you.

  1. Open the mail item
  2. Click Request Forwarding
  3. Confirm your shipping address
  4. Select shipping speed

Retention

Mail is retained digitally for 7 years. Physical mail is held for 30 days before shredding (unless you request forwarding or extended hold).
