Invite a team member
Enter their details
- Email address — They’ll receive an invitation here
- Role — Select appropriate access level
- Name (optional) — For your reference
Managing team members
Change someone’s role
- Go to Settings → Team
- Click on the team member
- Select new role from dropdown
- Save
Remove someone
- Go to Settings → Team
- Click on the team member
- Click Remove
- Confirm
Transfer ownership
To transfer ownership to another person:- Ensure they’re already a team member (Admin level)
- Go to Settings → Team
- Click on their profile
- Click Transfer Ownership
- Confirm with your password
Inviting your accountant
For external accountants or bookkeepers:- Invite them with the Accountant role
- They get access to:
- All financial data and reports
- Transaction categorization
- Bank reconciliation
- They can’t access billing or team settings
Team activity log
See what team members have done:- Go to Settings → Team → Activity Log
- View actions by team member
- Filter by date range or action type
- Invoices created/sent
- Transactions categorized
- Settings changed
- Reports exported

Each team member should use a unique, strong password. Consider requiring password managers.

Strongly recommend all team members enable two-factor authentication. Admins can require it for the whole team.
Review access regularly
Review access regularly
Quarterly, review who has access. Remove people who no longer need it.
