Certified copies

Need a certified copy of your formation documents?
  1. Go to Company → Documents → Formation
  2. Click Request Certified Copy
  3. We order from the state and upload when received
Processing time varies by state (1-10 business days). Additional state fees apply.

Compliance documents

Annual reports and other compliance filings are tracked:

Uploading documents

Add your own documents:
  1. Go to Company → Documents
  2. Click Upload
  3. Select file(s)
  4. Choose category
  5. Add description (optional)
Useful for storing:

  • Insurance certificates
  • Lease documents
  • Bank statements

Sharing documents

Share documents with your accountant or attorney:
  1. Open the document
  2. Click Share
  3. Enter email address
  4. Set expiration (optional)
  5. Send
Recipients receive a secure link to view or download.

Document requests

If you’re working with a bookkeeper or accountant through Pluvel’s Firm Mode, they can request documents:
  • You’ll receive a notification
  • Upload directly from the request
  • They’re notified when you upload

Change your registered agent

Switch from another registered agent to Pluvel.
